Meet the Doctors
Dr. Sanjay Sharma graduated from the University of Alberta with his Bachelor of Science in 1985 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1989. Following a year of practice, Dr. Sharma opened his clinic serving individuals in South Edmonton and later extending to Wetaskiwin, Calmar and Leduc. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Sharma has taken extensive courses in orthodontic treatment. He also trained in Invisalign braces and is among the leading G.P. providers of Invisalign in Edmonton. He obtained his certificate in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the U of A in 2000. Dr. Sharma is an avid sportsman and enjoys playing golf, squash, badminton and tennis in his free time as well as spending time with his wife and two children.
Dr. Davinder S. Dhamrait attained his Bachelor of Science in 1998 and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta in 2000, graduating as the youngest dentist in the province. After the completion of his studies, Dr. Dhamrait joined the team as an associate and has since become a partner with Dr. Sharma in 2003. Dr. Dhamrait also offers orthodontic treatment having completed a multitude of orthodontic courses over the years. He is a member in good standing with the Alberta Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, International Association of Orthodontics and the Edmonton and District Dental Society. Aside from work, Dr. Dhamrait enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and friends and is an avid science fiction fan.
Dr. Paramjit Dahela completed her B.Ds in 1997 from the Government Dental College and Hospital in Patiala, India. After practicing in Chandigarh for 5 years, Dr. Dahela moved to Edmonton where she further studied dentistry at the University of Alberta. She acquired her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2008 and has since been working with us at Smiles On 34th Dental Clinic. When not working, Dr. Dahela indulges in a good book and enjoys travelling and spending time with her two children, family and friends.
